GEORGE TOWN: Federal Oats Mills Sdn Bhd (FOM) will expand its operations by establishing a new facility at the Halal Food Zone, Penang Science Park in Bukit Minyak.

“FOM will also invest heavily in R&D in order to develop new product ranges. Amongst these will be oats-based cereal and food products which will deliver the hearty goodness of oats to consumers worldwide,” he said in his speech at the groundbreaking of the factory’s new facility, here, today.

The new plant will also be designed in accordance to the latest Food Safety standards which will enable the company to meet international safety requirements.
