Butter Oats Prawn



Captain Oats Quick Cook Oatmeal 5 tablespoon
Big prawn 300g
Oil 4 cups
Butter/Margarine 3 tablespoon
Egg Yolks x3
Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Shallot 1 table spoon
Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper 1 dash
Curry leaves (optional)


1. Heat up oil, deep-fry prawns for 1 min.
2. Pour 1/2 cup of oil, butter/margarine and egg yolks till fragrant.
3. Add garlic, chicken stick granules, sugar, salt, pepper to fry till fragrant.
4. Add prawn and fry till aromatic.
5. Add Captain Oats Quick Cook Oatmeal and fry until dry.
