Captain Oats Crunchy Prawn

CAPTAIN OATS CRUNCHY PRAWN

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl of Captain Oats Quick Cook Oats
300gm prawn (Medium Size)
Curry Leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Green Chillies, sliced
Margarine
A pinch of salt
A pinch of Sugar
White Pepper

Garnishing
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Red Chillies, sliced

METHOD

1. Heat 2 spoons of margarine in saucepan.
2. Stir fry the prawns.
3. Drain and put aside.
4. Melt the margarine, fry the chillies, curry leaves, garlic, salt and Captain Oats Quick Cook Oats for 2 minutes or until oats are golden brown.
5. Add prawns, sugar & dash of white pepper.
6. Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
7. Serve immediately.
