Captain Oats Penang Pisang

CAPTAIN OATS PENANG PISANG

INGREDIENTS

Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal 40gm
Low Fat Coconut Milk (Ayam) 200ml
Gula Melaka 30gm
Duan Pandan 2gm
Water 500ml
White Sugar 50gm
Salt 1gm
Banana Berangan or Emas 2nos

METHOD

1. Add water and bring to boil
2. Reduce heat and add in Duan Pandan and Gula Melaka
3. Add Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal, salt and white sugar and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Reduce heat, add in coconut milk and banana till semi-soft and cook for 3 minutes
5. Set aside and served hot
