CHINESE CORN SOUP WITH OATS
Corn Kernel 50g
Kani stick 1/2 stick
Captain Oats Rolled Oats 5g
1. Open a can of Corn Kernels, separate the water and the corn. Leave the corn to dry. Or use fresh corn kernels.
2. Soak the 50g of Captain Oats Rolled Oats into a hot water in bowl for the paste.
3. Shred the Kani Stick.
4. Boil a pot of water on the stove and add in the corn and kani sticks for flavouring
5. Add a bit of the oat paste in to the pot to make it thick
6. Serve it hot!
