- 80g Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal
- 1 Chicken Wing
- 1 Egg
- 80gm flour
- Salt 5gm
- Pepper 5gm
- (Additional flavour chicken powder if needed...5gm)
Methods
- Marinate the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken wing in the flour, covering both sides.
- Soak the chicken wings into the egg and coat with Captain Quick Cook.
Deep fry until golden brown.
