COATED CHICKEN WINGS WITH OATS
80g Captain Oats Quick Cook Oatmeal
1 nos chicken wings
1 nos egg
80 gm flour
(Additional flavour chicken powder if needed...5gm)
1. Marinate the chicken wings with salt and pepper
2. Dip the chicken wing in the flour, covering both sides
3. Soak the chicken wings into the egg and coat with oatmeal.
4. Deep fry until golden brown.
