Butter Oats Prawn
You can’t go wrong with this Chinese New Year favourite. Add fried oats and enjoy a crunch in every bite!
INGREDIENTS

Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal 5 tablespoon

Big prawn 300g

Oil 4 cups

Butter/Margarine 3 tablespoon

Egg Yolks x3

Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon

Shallot 1 table spoon

Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules 1/2 tablespoon

Sugar 1/2 teaspoon

Salt and pepper 1 dash

Curry leaves (optional)
METHODS
- Heat up oil, deep-fry prawns for 1 min.
- Pour 1/2 cup of oil, butter/margarine and egg yolks till fragrant.
- Add garlic, chicken stick granules, sugar, salt, pepper to fry till fragrant.
- Add prawn and fry till aromatic.
- Add Captain Quick Cook and fry until dry.
