Captain™ Oats Crunchy Prawn

This is "shrimply" the best. Make fresh prawns crunchy with a little help from Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal!

INGREDIENTS

Quick Cook Oatmeal

1 bowl of Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal

Prawn

300gm prawn (Medium Size)

Curry Leaves

Curry Leaves

Garlic

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Green Chili

Green Chillies, sliced

Butter

Margarine

Salt

A pinch of salt

White Sugar

A pinch of Sugar

White Pepper

White Pepper

GARNISHING

Tomato

Tomatoes

Salad Leaves

Lettuce

Red Chili

Red Chillies, sliced

METHODS

  1. Heat 2 spoons of margarine in saucepan.
  2. Stir fry the prawns.
  3. Drain and put aside.
  4. Melt the margarine, fry the chillies, curry leaves, garlic, salt and Captain Quick Cook for 2 minutes or until oats are golden brown.
  5. Add prawns, sugar & dash of white pepper.
  6. Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve immediately.
