Captain™ Oats Crunchy Prawn
This is "shrimply" the best. Make fresh prawns crunchy with a little help from Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal!
1 bowl of Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal
300gm prawn (Medium Size)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Green Chillies, sliced
A pinch of salt
A pinch of Sugar
Red Chillies, sliced
- Heat 2 spoons of margarine in saucepan.
- Stir fry the prawns.
- Drain and put aside.
- Melt the margarine, fry the chillies, curry leaves, garlic, salt and Captain Quick Cook for 2 minutes or until oats are golden brown.
- Add prawns, sugar & dash of white pepper.
- Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Serve immediately.
