Captain™ Wholemeal Bread
Nothing beats the smell of fresh, homemade bread, and this recipe allows you to add nutritious oats to make it wholesome.
INGREDIENTS [A]

Captain Classic Rolled Oats 1 cup

High protein flour 300g

Wholemeal flour 200g

Brown sugar 40g

Salt 1 teaspoon

Yeast (mix with water) 3 teaspoon

Water 300ml
INGREDIENTS [B]

Shortening (Vegetable fat) 40g

Egg 1
METHODS
- Combine ingredients [A] in a mixer, mix well, then add in ingredients [B] and beat till the dough is smooth and elastic to touch.
- Take out from dough mixer, put in a tray, rest about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 60g each, mould with your own desire.
- Bake time 25 to 30 minutes, 190C temperature up and down.
