Chinese Corn Soup With Oats

Prepare this much-loved classic Chinese corn soup with 3 items - corn, crabstick and rolled oats!

INGREDIENTS

Classic Rolled Oats

Captain Classic Rolled Oats 5g

Corn

Corn Kernel 50g

Kani Stick

Kani stick 1/2 stick

METHODS

  1. Open a can of Corn Kernels, separate the water and the corn. Leave the corn to dry. Or use fresh corn kernels.
  2. Soak the 50g of Captain Classic Rolled Oats into a hot water in bowl for the paste.
  3. Shred the Kani Stick.
  4. Boil a pot of water on the stove and add in the corn and kani sticks for flavouring.
  5. Add a bit of the oat paste in to the pot to make it thick.
  6. Serve it hot!
