Coated Chicken Wings With Oats
You can't go wrong with chicken wings and here's a way to give it a simple oat coating for that added taste.
80g Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal
1 Chicken Wing
80 gm flour
(Additional flavour chicken powder if needed...5gm)
- Marinate the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken wing in the flour, covering both sides.
- Soak the chicken wings into the egg and coat with Captain Quick Cook.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
