Coated Chicken Wings With Oats

You can't go wrong with chicken wings and here's a way to give it a simple oat coating for that added taste.

INGREDIENTS

Quick Cook Oatmeal

80g Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal

Chicken Wings

1 Chicken Wing

Eggs

1 Egg

Flour

80 gm flour

Salt

Salt 5gm

Pepper

Pepper 5gm

Chicken Powder

(Additional flavour chicken powder if needed...5gm)

METHODS

  1. Marinate the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip the chicken wing in the flour, covering both sides.
  3. Soak the chicken wings into the egg and coat with Captain Quick Cook.
  4. Deep fry until golden brown.
