Garden Salad in Yogurt
Add more crunch to your creamy salad bowl by sprinkling toasted oats over and mixing it in!
INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup of toasted Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal

1 medium red apple, cut into cubes

1/2 medium cucumber, cut into cubes

2 large pieces of salad leaves, cut into small squares

5 green/black grapes, halved and seeds removed

1 small boiled carrot, cut into cubes

1 medium boiled potato, cut into cubes

1/4 teaspoon of salt to taste

10 pieces of grilled cashew nuts

1/2 cup boiled chick peas

1/4 cup boiled frozen peas, drained

3 tubs low fat mango flavoured yoghurt

2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
METHODS
- In a large glass bowl, mix all the above thoroughly except the yoghurt.
- When well mixed, add yoghurt.
- Sprinkle with toasted oats and sesame seeds and then serve immediately.
