Green Apple Overnight Oats
The best thing about overnight oats is its versatility. You can experiment with endless recipes and here's one to start you off!
15 tbsp Captain Classic Rolled Oats
330ml of Coconut Water
2 Green Apple, grated
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
Handful of your favourite nuts/dried fruits
Optional: 1 tsp flaxseeds/ chia seeds
- Place Coconut Water, Captain Classic Rolled Oats and green apple in a container. If you’re adding flaxseed/chia seeds, you can mix them with above ingredients.
- Mix well and keep in the fridge overnight.
- Before serving sprinkle cinnamon power and add a handful of nuts/dried fruits.Enjoy as a snack or breakfast.
