Green Apple Overnight Oats

The best thing about overnight oats is its versatility. You can experiment with endless recipes and here's one to start you off!

INGREDIENTS

Classic Rolled Oats

15 tbsp Captain Classic Rolled Oats

Coconut

330ml of Coconut Water

Green Apple

2 Green Apple, grated

Cinnamon

1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder

Dried Nuts

Handful of your favourite nuts/dried fruits

Flax Seeds

Optional: 1 tsp flaxseeds/ chia seeds

METHODS

  1. Place Coconut Water, Captain Classic Rolled Oats and green apple in a container. If you’re adding flaxseed/chia seeds, you can mix them with above ingredients.
  2. Mix well and keep in the fridge overnight.
  3. Before serving sprinkle cinnamon power and add a handful of nuts/dried fruits.Enjoy as a snack or breakfast.
