Mocha Oatmeal Cakes

Coffee lovers, this is the perfect sweet treat for you. Whip up this in 10 minutes, leave it to bake, and voila!

INGREDIENTS

Classic Rolled Oats

Captain Classic Rolled Oats 1 cup

Instant Coffee

Coffee Powder 1 cup

Water

Water 1 cup

Butter

1/2 table spoon butter

Brown Sugar

1 cup brown sugar

Eggs

2 eggs

Vanilla Extract

1 table spoon vanilla

Flour

2 cup flour

Cocoa Powder

2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Baking Powder

1 table spoon baking soda

Baking Powder

1/2 tea spoon baking powder

Salt

1/2 table spoon salt

TOPPING (MOCHA BUTTER CREAM)

Icing Sugar

3 tbspn icing sugar

Butter

3 tbspn butter

Instant Coffee

2 tbspn Coffee Powder

Beat well... Until fluppy

METHODS

  1. Soaked Captain Classic Rolled Oats into the coffee essence for 10 mins.
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar until fine.
  3. Add in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add in shivered flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Take out the oat meal from coffee essence water (do not throw away the coffee essence).
  6. Add into mixer together with all ingredients and mix well.
  7. Pour the batter into the baking tray baked for 30-40 min.
  8. Temp 180 up and down.
