Mushroom Oats Cutlet

Add some oats to your mushroom cutlets to make it more nutritious. You can also opt to have it in a burger or a sandwich.

INGREDIENTS

Quick Cook Oatmeal

300gm Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal

Mushroom

100gm Mushrooms

Carrots

100gm Carrots

Coriander

50gm Coriander

Onion

50gm Onion

Eggs

1 Egg White

Flour

3 Tsp Corn Flour

Water

150gm Water

Curry Powder

2 Tsp Curry Powder

Chili Powder

1 Tsp Chilli Powder

Salt and Pepper

Salt & Pepper as desired

METHODS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir for 5min.
  2. Keep for 20min before pan-frying.
  3. Serve hot.
