Mushroom Oats Cutlet
Add some oats to your mushroom cutlets to make it more nutritious. You can also opt to have it in a burger or a sandwich.
300gm Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal
1 Egg White
3 Tsp Corn Flour
2 Tsp Curry Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
Salt & Pepper as desired
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir for 5min.
- Keep for 20min before pan-frying.
- Serve hot.
