Oats Soft Shell Crab
Hold up, this oatmeal-crusted crab is going to be a hit at any dinner party!
INGREDIENTS

Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal 1 cup

All-purpose Flour 1 cup

Salt and pepper

Egg

Buttermilk 1/2 cup

Soft-Shell Crabs x8

Salt Butter 2 tablespoons

Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
METHODS
- In a mixing bowl, mix oat, salt, pepper, buttermilk until well mixed.
- Dip crab into the mixture.
- Put 2 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of the oil over moderately high heat.
- Fry the crabs about 3 mins.
- Serve done.
