Oats Soft Shell Crab

Hold up, this oatmeal-crusted crab is going to be a hit at any dinner party!

INGREDIENTS

Quick Cook Oatmeal

Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal 1 cup

Flour

All-purpose Flour 1 cup

Salt and Pepper

Salt and pepper

Eggs

Egg

Milk

Buttermilk 1/2 cup

Soft Shell Crab

Soft-Shell Crabs x8

Butter

Salt Butter 2 tablespoons

Oil

Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup

METHODS

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix oat, salt, pepper, buttermilk until well mixed.
  2. Dip crab into the mixture.
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of the oil over moderately high heat.
  4. Fry the crabs about 3 mins.
  5. Serve done.
