Oats Vadai
Often served as a breakfast or snack, add some oats to your batter to give this fried savoury snack a unique taste!
INGREDIENTS

300gm Captain Classic Rolled Oats

2gm Curry Leaves

20gm Onions

10gm Red Chilli

3 Tsp Corn Flour

Hot Water

Salt

Pepper
METHODS
- Mix all ingredients inside the bowl and stir it.
- Keep for 45 mins.
- Pan fry or deep fry.
