Steam Soy Egg with Oats and Seafood
Add oats & seafood to this traditional Chinese dish that can be whipped up in less than 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS

2/3 cup Captain Instant Oatmeal

2 cups unsweetened soy milk

80g prawn (head and shell removed)

4 pcs crab stick filament

2 eggs, lightly beatened

1 red chili, seeds removed and sliced thinly

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 stalks chopped spring onions

1 tablespoon fried shallot
METHODS
- Mix the oats with unsweetened soy milk. Add in egg, prawns, crab stick filament, red chili, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a dish and steam for 15 minutes in medium heat.
- Remove from steamer. Add sesame oil and spring onions. Sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve hot.
